Welcome to Arcana AI. Please take a moment to carefully read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before using the Arcana AI mobile application (the “Service”). These Terms guide your journey with our application, operated by Arcana AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Your access and use of the Service signifies your gracious acceptance to abide by these Terms. They apply to all individuals who explore or use Arcana AI. By using the Service, you confirm your understanding and acceptance.

Your Arcana AI Account

To fully explore the insights Arcana AI offers, you may create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details and for any activity that occurs under your account. We encourage you to choose a strong password and keep it confidential. Please notify us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use of your account.

We aim to provide a supportive space. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt the peaceful environment for others, always striving to communicate such decisions clearly and respectfully.

Subscriptions and Offerings

Arcana AI may offer enhanced features or content through subscriptions (“Subscriptions”).

  • Billing: Subscriptions are typically billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually). You will be informed of the price and billing cycle before committing. Payment will be charged through your app store account.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions generally auto-renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your app store account settings.
  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your Subscriptions through your app store account settings at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Except where required by law, paid Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Please refer to your app store’s refund policies for specific details. We seek transparency in all our offerings.

Reflections and Content

Arcana AI provides content, including tarot card interpretations and guided reflections, designed to foster self-discovery (“Service Content”). This Service Content is owned by Arcana AI and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Service Content for your personal, non-commercial use within the app as intended.

You may interact with the Service by providing inputs or reflections (“User Input”). You retain ownership of your personal User Input. By providing User Input, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display this input solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you. We are committed to respecting your privacy; please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

A Tool for Reflection: Disclaimer

Arcana AI uses the symbolic language of Tarot as a tool for introspection, personal growth, and gaining perspective. It is offered solely for guidance and self-reflection purposes.

  • Not Fortune-Telling: The interpretations provided are based on archetypal meanings and AI analysis; they are not predictions of the future, nor are they intended to replace your own judgment or intuition. Arcana AI is a companion for your journey, not an oracle dictating outcomes.
  • Not Professional Advice: The Service cannot and does not offer medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters. Our goal is to support your self-understanding, not substitute professional counsel.
  • Entertainment Purposes: While designed for meaningful reflection, under some legal frameworks, services like Arcana AI may be classified as for entertainment purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ciudad de México, México, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We hope to resolve any concerns amicably through communication.

Evolving Guidance: Changes to Terms

Your journey of self-discovery evolves, and so may our Service. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect, generally through an in-app notification or by updating the “Last Updated” date. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion, always with the intention of clear communication. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective means that you accept the new Terms.
